After Upgrading BPFTP Will Not Connect

  • Your connection information may be wrong. Check that the Server Name/IP value is set to your FTP server and Port is set to 21. Also make sure that the Username and Password fields are correct, if authentication is necessary to access your FTP server.
  • You may have stored your connection information in the quick-connect box (the area directly below the toolbar). The values in the quick-connect box are changed every time you connect to a different FTP server, so it is not advisable to only store your connection information there. A good place to store your connection information permanently is in the Site Manager, where it is maintained across upgrades.
