Clicking The Bookmarks Button Causes The Program To Hang

What is happening is the Site Manager window is being displayed outside the visible area of the screen. Here's how to remedy the problem:

1. Launch Bulletproof FTP Client.
2. Click on the "Bookmarks" button to bring up the Site Manager window.
3. Hold-down the ALT key and tap the spacebar.
4. tap the "M" key.
5. Click and hold the left-MouseButton and move the mouse around until you see the Site Manager window.

Steps 3 to 5 are tricky. They involve issuing hot-keys to access the "MOVE" option for the dialog-box. On step 5, be sure not to move the mouse until you have clicked and holding the mouse. Try it a couple times; you can test this with any window on your desktop.

A different (more complicated) way to bring the site manager window back is to delete the windows registry key which saves the window position values. Here's how to do that:

1. close any running instances of Bulletproof FTP client.
2. open the start menu, choose 'Run...'
3. type 'regedit' and press enter. this opens the registry editor program.
4. In the tree-view on the left, navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Bulletproof Software/Bulletproof FTP Client directory.
5. You should see a list of directories underneath this directory, one of which is named 'SiteList'. Right-click on 'SiteList', and choose 'Delete' from the popup menu.
6. close regedit.

Now run Bulletproof FTP client again, and open the site manager.
