Gdiplus.dll Is Missing

This problem is due to a .dll that is not included on older operating systems. Try the following and see if this works:

  1. Download the gdiplus.dll from the following site: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?gdiplus
  2. Copy the file into your Windows\System32 directory.
