MAC Access Violation Asking For Password

It appears that you are experiencing a bug that was caused in the latest update of MacOS X. At this point, we're unsure exactly what causes the problem, but in updating the OS the "preferences" for BulletProof FTP Client for MacOS is getting corrupt.
We do not have a defined fix for the problems as of yet, as you are still working with Apple in resolving the issue.
In order to correct the problem, it is necessary to Uninstall/Delete everything on the system that has to do with BPFTP Client. Then download/install the current version from our website http://www.bpftpmac.com. If you are a registered user (purchased), you will need to then reenter your registration information from your Order Receipt (sent from automated@digitalcandle.com).
If you still experience a problem, please create another account on the system and try the above steps again under this new user.
We are aware that this is a significant problem and are working as fast as possible to resolve the problem.
