Placing An Order Over The Phone

Orders can be placed by phone Mon-Fri 9am to 4pm (Pacific GMT-8) at (800) 978-0260 (Inside the US) or (206) 545-0260. Please be aware that DigitalCandle has been contracted by thousands of software developers to provide phone and web-based order processing. We are unable to answer any questions about the product's functionality, features or suitability.

Paying By Personal Check Or Money Order

DigitalCandle can accept payment of orders by check and/or money order. To place your order please use the online ordering system, on Step 3 when choosing the Payment Method, select the 3rd Option. At the confirmation of your order, you will be given a link for an ordering form. Please print the form and mail it and the check back to us at:

Make checks payable to DigitalCandle, Inc. and write the Order ID on the check. As soon as the check arrives, we will immediately release the order.

Paying With A Company Purchase Order

Due to an inability to consistently collect on Purchase Orders, as of Dec 9th 2004, DigitalCandle is forced to stop accepting payment for orders via company purchase orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we want to remind you that DigitalCandle can still accept payment through a variety of additional methods. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, PayPal, Check/Money Orders, Debit Cards featuring the Visa/MC logo.
